Recording Agent

The recording agent is the component deployed on the target RDP servers. This generates the following log files:

Recorder:

Location: %USERPROFILE%\\IPdiva\\CARE
-> The log is always active, with one file per recorder launch.

Example:

C:\\Users\\systancia\\IPdiva\\CARE
-> The log contains information about video recording and the retrieval of certain user actions for RDP resources with agent and the recording of RDP sessions with direct connection.

CleanroomAgent service:

The log appears by default in the Microsoft DebugView tool.

• It is possible to enable file logging by creating a “log” directory in the executable directory (Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Systancia\Log) and then restarting the service (Note: restarting the service will terminate any sessions in progress).
• The log contains the operations of the service, i.e. for each login, the determination of the need to launch the recorder and its launch.
