The SaaS platform lifecycle¶
Principle¶
End of Sale (Deprecated) status¶
This status means that a SaaS feature/service is no longer being marketed. The feature remains available and supported for customers until its retirement date.
The Retired status¶
This status marks the permanent withdrawal of a feature/service from the Systancia SaaS Platform.
Update cycle¶
The SaaS Platform includes a cycle of periodic updates with a maintenance window during which security and feature updates are released.
The private section of the www.systancia.com website (“MySystancia”) contains the announced end-of-support dates for versions or end-of-life dates for our products (https://www.systancia.com/en/my-systancia/library/products-life-cycle/).
