Recommendations and best practices

As part of a solution upgrade, we strongly recommend making a database backup and a configuration backup (ini files, bat or ps1 scripts, etc.). We also recommend that you take a snapshot of the servers before updating the solution, so that you can go back immediately in the event of a complication.
