Person/identity search module

To search for a person, go to the “Identities” menu.

You will be taken directly to the person search page, preloaded without any filters applied but respecting the permissions associated with the profile of the person logged in.

There are two types of identity search:

  • Quick search
  • Advanced search

A pagination system is set up with a default display of 10 results.

It is possible to change the number of results to display and navigate between the different pages.

For each identity listed, depending on the permissions of the connected user, the following action buttons may be available:

  • type:inline: opens the identity record in view mode. It is possible to switch from view mode to edit mode directly in the identity file.
  • type:inline: deletes the identity record. A confirmation message is displayed before proceeding with the deletion. It is possible to delete an identity from view mode.

The “type:inline” button to the right of the table header allows you to add a new identity.

The identity search module is common throughout the solution where it can be called (attribute of a structure, allocation, etc.).
