SaaS Platform update cycle

There is no versioning for the SaaS Platform. All customers subscribed to the Systancia SaaS Platform automatically receive updates for the services they have subscribed to.

Updates to gateways deployed on client infrastructure remain the responsibility of the customer, who must update them at least once a year. Systancia ensures the compatibility of the gateway with the SaaS Platform to the extent that the On Client Infrastructure version of the gateway is itself supported.

Systancia communicates and announces SaaS Platform updates to all customers in advance.
