Searching and viewing workflows

To access the viewing page, go to the “Workflows” menu and select one of the tabs: “Pending requests”, “To be processed”, or “Workflow administration”.

The upper part of the screen contains a filter area that can be used to limit the search results. The available filters are:

  • Workflow: filter that allows you to select a specific type of workflow.
  • Target(s): filter that allows you to select one or more people to whom the workflows apply.
  • Title: filter that allows you to enter text to filter by workflow title. You can enter only part of the title to apply the filter. Do not enter an asterisk when entering partial text.
  • “Hide archived workflows” option: filter that allows you to hide workflows that are in archived status. The retention period for archived workflows is configured by the administrator. This option is checked by default.

No filter is required to list current workflows. When you arrive at one of the “Requests in progress”, “To be processed”, or “Workflow administration” tabs, the workflows in progress are automatically loaded with the “Hide archived workflows” option checked.

You must click the “Apply” button to launch a new search and apply the filters.

The list of workflows displayed differs in the “Pending Requests”, “To Be Processed”, and “Workflow Administration” tabs depending on the type of workflow, their status, the current stage, the rights of the connected user, etc.

A colored dot appears to the right of each workflow to indicate its status.

The dot can have three different colors:

Color Workflow status
Orange Active workflow, currently in progress.
Green Workflow is complete and all steps have been validated or completed.
Red The workflow is complete. Some steps have not been validated or the processes could not be completed.

Click on the icon to view the progress of a workflow.
