Glossary

The persons involved in a workflow instance are as follows:

• Requester (User): Identity who initiates a user request workflow,
• Target (scope): User concerned by the workflow. At the end of the workflow, his attributes or rights will be modified. The requester can be the target when he makes a request for himself.
• Manager: Workflow administrator. It can restart, pause or stop a workflow,
• Actor: User who acts on the validation or rejection of tasks.
