For cyberelements Gate and cyberelements Cleanroom products installed in client infrastructures, the client is responsible for updating the relevant gateways at least once a year.
Systancia ensures the compatibility of the Mediation and Gateway components of supported versions of cyberelements Cleanroom and cyberelements Gate products. For example, a customer uses the Mediation component of cyberelements Cleanroom in the GA version, and some of its gateways have remained in the version prior to the GA version. During the period in which the GA version and the previous version are supported simultaneously, Systancia ensures the compatibility of Mediation and gateways even though they are based on different versions.
